Location so close to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and manor house. Good choice of delicious food for meals.

Modern hotel with fabulous view of the lake, nice restaurant. Room was absolutely stunning and staff exceptional and very good. Delicious and fantastic food. Great and brilliant location, just walking distance from everywhere. Certainly a fantastic experience for relaxing break in Geneva.

Great accommodation with stunning setting very close to the main restaurant and a fairytale castle and back and the Vinifera Inn which is the `` new '' side. Fabulous and fantastic rooms, absolutely fabulous views of the lake. Exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge in the room.

The views at this Victorian hotel were fabulous. The room was extremely spacious and luxury, had a fantastic stay on vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were fantastic and they have a wide range of options.

Liked my stay in Geneva, and would definitely recommend it. The place was comfortable and absolutely great and restaurant was nice. The breakfast had good choice of delicious food and drinks. Pleasant and incredibly kind staff who were always there to help.

The location was marvellous and brilliant for me as it was close to the main castle, and the restaurant. The folks were funny. I had a beautiful and great room with bathroom, an incredible view, a stand up shower and everything was great.

Truly enjoyed the Victorian-style building and our stunning and accommodating room with very nice touches. The staff were exceptional and very good and knew the area. The location was great and brilliant - next to both restaurants and Seneca lake and the main castle of far away other house.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel with a beautiful castle-like building. The Inn is located right by the lake, providing stunning views from the rooms. The spacious and clean rooms were comfortable and had a vintage feel. The staff at the restaurants were nice and the complimentary wine tasting was enjoyable. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary.

The front desk staff could use some friendliness training and lacked enthusiasm.

The location is favourable and brilliant, 2 miles from William Smith College. The staff are attentive and efficient and deserve a 3-star rating.
